Data controller

S4F LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36802, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Contact: contact@lolframe.com.

What we collect

• When you pre-order: your email address, your frame's configuration (champion, skin, summoner name, rank, runes…), the generated frame image, the icon if you upload one, and the site language you used.
• Visit statistics: pages viewed, clicks, configurator steps, performance and technical errors. No account, nothing advertising-related.

Analytics and cookies

We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., data hosted in the European Union). Your email and what you type in fields are never sent.

• Without your consent (before you choose, or if you decline): cookie-free measurement. Nothing is stored on or read from your device; your IP address is only used to compute an anonymous identifier that changes every day. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
• If you accept: PostHog sets cookies (up to 13 months) to recognise your next visits and records your journey on the site (clicks, scrolling) to help us spot what gets in the way, with every input field masked. Legal basis: your consent.
• You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page, or object by writing to contact@lolframe.com.

Why

Only to let you know when orders open and invite you to confirm the frame you pre-ordered, in your language. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Your email is never sold or used for any other message.

Retention

Until orders open, then 12 months at most if you don't confirm your order. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Providers and transfers

The site and the data are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. Game images are loaded from Riot Games' servers (ddragon.leagueoflegends.com), which therefore receive your IP address.

Storage in your browser

Your design in progress and your preferences (sound) are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't lose them. They are not sent to us unless you pre-order.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask for its portability by writing to contact@lolframe.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
